Yoga classes for mixed abilities are taught by Keera in our studio.
They are held every Tues at 6.30pm – vinyasa flow
An extra class is also scheduled on the 1st Thursday of the month at 6.30pm in t yin style
All of the classes are drop in however we do recommend booking your place to avoid disappointment.
