Our studio hosts several yoga teachers so you can get a taste of different yoga styles and find a class that suits. All of the classes are drop in however we do recommend booking your place to avoid disappointment.
Classes are held every Tuesday at 6.30pm and the first Thursday of every month is a yin yoga class also at 6.30pm
