Our personal training tailors fitness programmes to the individual to ensure you get the most from your work out and most importantly you enjoy it! We specialise in martial arts and boxercise and this can be easily incorporated into your workout. Whether you want to tone up for a wedding or holiday, lose weight or simple increase your fitness levels we can create a work out that works for you!

We can also offer advice on nutrition and provide exercise programs you can complete in your own time in between your personal training session so you get the best results.

Our trainers are also qualified weightlifting instructors so strength and conditioning can easily be added to your work out program. This can help individuals recover from injury or simply build strength.

Our clients train in an exclusive and private studio and have access to brand new Jordan free weights.If you want to train with a partner, friend or group of friends session cost is still £30 an hour, regardless the number of people.

There is also access to the state of the art Nautalis and Life Fitness gym where we are based which has a wide variety of free weights, fixed resistance and cardiovascular equipment.
