Morning and afternoon midweek classes
Our ladies fitness class targets all the major muscle groups and develops core stability using a variety of exercise techniques.
The class takes place in our private studio or outdoors in the summer (or nice weather) and clients will use stability balls, resistance tubes, medicine balls, fit bars and free weights.
We change the format of the class regularly, sometimes its circuits or timed intervals and we have a different theme every few weeks so we keep you on your toes (and it never gets too easy!). We use a variety of exercise techniques including boxercise, TRX suspension training, free weights and yoga so the classes are always fresh.
Please note these classes are limited to 12 per class
