Fitness Classes
Our ladies fitness class targets all the major muscle groups and develops core stability using a variety of exercise techniques.
The class takes place in our private studio or outdoors in the summer (or nice weather)
Sports Therapy
Sports and deep tissue massage therapy is available at the Fitness Lab.
All our treatments are carried out by Laura Sweeney BA (Hons) who is a fully qualified Sports massage therapist and Sports Therapist .
Yoga
Our studio hosts several yoga teachers so you can get a taste of different yoga styles and find a class that suits.
All of the classes are drop in however we do recommend booking your place to avoid disappointment.
