We are a fitness and sports therapy studio based in the West End of Glasgow

At the Fitness LAB we offer personal training specialising in martial arts and weightlifting techniques. We also provide group classes in our studio for woman. These classes are circuit based and contain a mix of different exercises to ensure your workout is always fresh and interesting.

We provide sports therapy services to aid injury rehabilitation and to ensure athletes, from amateur to professional, can achieve optimum performances on compeition day. We are particularly known for our sports massage and have worked specifically with many running and weightlifting groups up to commonwealth level.

Fitness Classes

Our ladies fitness class targets all the major muscle groups and develops core stability using a variety of exercise techniques.

The class takes place in our private studio or outdoors in the summer (or nice weather)




Sports Therapy

Sports and deep tissue massage therapy is available at the Fitness Lab. All our treatments are carried out by Laura Sweeney BA (Hons) who is a fully qualified Sports massage therapist and Sports Therapist .

Our studio hosts several yoga teachers so you can get a taste of different yoga styles and find a class that suits. All of the classes are drop in however we do recommend booking your place to avoid disappointment.
