Find it hard to stay motivated in the gym? Don’t feel you are getting the results you want?

Our personal training tailors fitness programmes to the individual to ensure you get the most from your work out and most importantly you enjoy it!

Fitness Classes

Our ladies fitness class targets all the major muscle groups and develops core stability using a variety of exercise techniques.

The class takes place in our private studio or outdoors in the summer (or nice weather)

Sports Therapy

Sports and deep tissue massage therapy is available at the Fitness Lab.

All our treatments are carried out by Laura Bell BA (Hons) who is a fully qualified Sports massage therapist and Sports Therapist .


Our studio hosts yoga classes taught by Keera in different styles so you can get a taste and find a class that suits.

All of the classes are drop in however we do recommend booking your place to avoid disappointment.

Laura owns and runs the Fitness Lab and is a level 3 personal trainer, sports therapist and level 2 weightlifting instructor..

John Haggerty

Caledonian Fitness

John is the strength and conditioning coach at Caledonian Fitness and specialises in sports specific strength and conditioning.
