Fitness Classes

Our ladies fitness class targets all the major muscle groups and develops core stability using a variety of exercise techniques.

The class takes place in our private studio or outdoors in the summer (or nice weather)


Morning Classes

Tues & Thurs 9:15am
£5 per class or £28 per month

Evening Classes

Mon & Wed 6:15 PM
£5 per class or £28 per month

Sports Therapy

Sports and deep tissue massage therapy is available at the Fitness Lab.

All our treatments are carried out by Laura Bell BA (Hons) who is a fully qualified Sports massage therapist and Sports Therapist.
